What you will do

• Design and build internal tools using hirify.global to power IT, Security, and operational workflows.
• Automate core business processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and access reviews.
• Identify and replace third-party SaaS tools with scalable internal solutions to reduce cost and complexity.
• Own identity lifecycle systems, including provisioning and RBAC using Okta and Rippling.
• Build and maintain integrations across internal and external systems using APIs and event-driven workflows.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a strong engineering culture within the IT² team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Internal Tools in a fast-growing tech company.
• Strong proficiency in Python or JavaScript for automation and API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with IAM systems, including Okta, SSO, SCIM, and RBAC.
• Proven track record of replacing manual operational processes with scalable systems.
• Must be based in or employable in the US or UK.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and operating cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
