What you will do

• Provide white-glove technical support across multiple channels including in-person interactions.
• Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and hardware deployment.
• Maintain user devices and ensure compliance with company security policies.
• Act as a first responder for security incidents, triaging and containing threats on endpoints.
• Perform forensic imaging and collect artifacts to support DFIR investigations.
• Support phishing triage and review user-reported security incidents.

Requirements

• Must be based in Horsham, UK and able to work 5 days in-office.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows OS troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Foundational knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Cyber Security or a security-focused certification.
• Practical ability to acquire forensic images using tools like FTK Imager.
• Understanding of core security tooling including EDR, SIEM, and email security.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with macOS environments and Jamf.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and ManageEngine Endpoint Central.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Security-focused certifications such as GCIH or GCFA.
