Location: Remote within Lincoln NE Territory as Primary, Eastern Nebraska, Western Iowa and South Dakota.

Salary: USD 65000

What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for hirify.global business automation solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, IT, Operations, Customer Experience leaders).
  • Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored solution presentations aligned with client business objectives.
  • Partner with internal pre-sales, technical, and implementation teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification to contract negotiation and close.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and activity tracking in CRM systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years minimum, successful experience selling to B2B accounts.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
