What you will do

• Manage daily office operations, shared space upkeep, inventory management, and pantry programs.
• Oversee vendor relationships (janitorial, maintenance, security) and handle contracts and COIs.
• Manage physical security, including badge coordination, visitor workflows, and access compliance.
• Own the workplace and facilities budget, tracking spend and processing invoices.
• Coordinate logistics for team onsites, offsites, and new hire onboarding.
• Support office buildouts, expansions, and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, or facilities coordination.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco for a full-time onsite role.
• Familiarity with Union building requirements and strong vendor management skills.
• Excellent organizational habits and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
