Location: On-site in Foster City, CA (Monday through Friday)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end in-office experience, acting as the day-to-day host to set the tone, energy, and standards.
• Design and execute internal events, including team lunches, demos, launches, and offsites.
• Curate and manage a high-quality food and beverage program, including developing relationships with local vendors and chefs.
• Manage facility vendors and contracts across food, facilities, and services to ensure operational excellence.
• Gather feedback and iterate quickly to improve the workplace environment for builders.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in a startup environment (required).
• Background in workplace management, hospitality, operations, or food and beverage programs.
• Strong ownership mindset and deep attention to detail.
• Experience building systems from 0 to 1 in high-growth environments.
• Excellent organizational and execution skills.
• Must be based in Foster City, CA for full-time on-site work (Mon-Fri).
