What you will do

• Drive renewal and growth of the assigned portfolio through proactive and prompt client engagement.
• Provide tailored product recommendations by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Manage all client enquiries and feedback professionally within committed service-level agreements (SLA).
• Ensure strict compliance with legal and business protocols and policies.
• Achieve and exceed key performance targets, including renewal percentages and NPS.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts renewal or customer service.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Diploma or Degree in business or relevant studies.
• Proficiency in MS Office Tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Familiarity with the Singapore business landscape.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working within MNCs or financial institutions.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
