What you will do

• Own finance business partnership with VPs, and C-level stakeholders, providing sound fiscal insights that help achieve strategic plans.
• Prepare and present deliverables to C-suite.
• Build financial models, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and monthly outlooks to support decision-making across the organisation.
• Partner with the business to provide insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth and optimise profitability.
• Manage the P&L for the business by analysing the financial and operating results, identifying areas for improvement and driving cost optimization efforts.
• Support other FP&A leaders to develop long term strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years in progressive financial analysis experience.
• Expert knowledge in Excel is a must.
• Experience with developing, maintaining and reporting results of a P&L.
• Experience as a finance business partner supporting senior leadership.
• Strong and effective verbal and written communication in English to interact with all levels of management. As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.

• Experience working in Consulting, Accounting firm is preferred.
