TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (HR Tech/SaaS): Proactively prospect and close new business deals with enterprise clients in the EMEA region with an accent on consultative sales to C-Suite HR leaders and navigating complex sales cycles. Focus on building pipeline, crafting tailored value propositions, and driving revenue growth through net-new partnerships.

Location: GTM London, United Kingdom (EMEA sales focus)

What you will do

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and engage enterprise organizations not currently working with hirify.global.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to build pipeline and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Lead consultative sales conversations with C-Suite and senior HR leaders.
  • Craft compelling value propositions tailored to client challenges.
  • Navigate complex buying processes and orchestrate internal resources to win deals.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and smooth handoff to customer success.

Requirements

  • Commanding executive presence with drive, curiosity, and coachable mindset.
  • Proven track record of new business B2B sales success, ideally in enterprise or SaaS environments.
  • Minimum 6+ years owning and exceeding quota in sales.
  • Strong experience influencing and selling to senior leaders and C-level executives.
  • Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Resilience, creativity, and a “will to win” mentality.

Nice to have

  • Experience in HR Tech or HR Consultancy.
  • French language skills.
