What you will do

• Map automation coverage and identify high-impact opportunities for growth strategy.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to deliver scalable automation solutions.
• Build and maintain AI-powered workflows, including LLM-based diagnostics and reporting pipelines.
• Own the rollout and adoption of automated tooling, including training and documentation.
• Run office hours and demos to support the Growth Analyst community.
• Define requirements and contribute to the roadmap for the Growth Analytics team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an analytical or strategy role working with large datasets.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python with experience in large-scale platforms like BigQuery or Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience building automation workflows, scripting pipelines, or orchestration tools.
• Solid grasp of statistics and A/B testing methodologies.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs or applied AI workflows.
• Background in incentives, pricing, or BI tooling such as Looker or Tableau.
