What you will do

• Define and drive the roadmap for Accounting Analytics, aligned to business priorities and long-term data strategy.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of analysts, analytics engineers, and data product builders.
• Oversee the design, development, and adoption of data products, dashboards, and internal applications used to run Accounting.
• Lead the development of intelligent workflows that increase leverage across Accounting.
• Partner with Data Engineering to ensure high-quality, well-modeled, and governed datasets.
• Deliver actionable insights and shape strategic decisions through data.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, BI, or related fields, with 2+ years in a people management role.
• Deep expertise in SQL and building scalable, production-grade data models.
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms (e.g., hirify.global, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Strong proficiency in Python (or similar) for data transformation, automation, or application development.
• Experience building data products (not just dashboards), including tools, apps, or workflows used in business operations.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI/LLMs (e.g., Cortex, OpenAI, Claude, etc.) to real business problems.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience supporting Accounting or Finance organizations.
