What you will do

• Own and streamline end-to-end data pipelines from ingestion to delivery.
• Implement and maintain dbt best practices, data standards, and quality controls.
• Build self-service tooling to enable cross-functional teams to access data independently.
• Develop AI agents to automate data-related queries and insights.
• Write clear documentation to support data accessibility and standardization.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience formalizing and scaling data pipelines in a growing team environment.
• Expert knowledge of dbt is required.
• Proficiency with modern data stack tools including Python, SQL, and BI platforms.
• Strong ability to translate complex stakeholder requirements into generalized technical solutions.
• Structured thinking with the ability to simplify messy data into clear, usable structures.
