What you will do

• Define and own strategic direction for business systems aligned to technology roadmap and business goals.
• Prioritise change portfolio, balancing risks, dependencies, and capacity; make decisions on investments and suppliers.
• Govern system changes for security, integrity, and stability; own delivery standards, frameworks, and lifecycle management.
• Lead multi-discipline team including performance management, coaching, and capability development.
• Oversee full lifecycle of technology changes from intake to benefits tracking; manage risks and dependencies.
• Manage business systems lifecycle, vendor relationships, integrations, and drive simplification and standardisation.
• Build stakeholder relationships, represent technology at senior forums, and manage budgets for cost-effective delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Technology, Business Management or related field.
• Strong leadership experience in technology delivery, business systems, or change management.
• Certifications beneficial: ITIL, Agile/Scrum/Scaled Agile, PMP/MSP/Prince2, Change Management (APMG/PROSCI).
• Experience managing budgets, suppliers, and enterprise-scale change functions.
• Deep knowledge of business systems, integrations, software delivery lifecycle, and enterprise change management.
• Advanced stakeholder management, analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
