What you will do

• Build and maintain motivated delivery teams with clear priorities, cadence, and responsibilities.
• Facilitate Agile planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews, and delivery governance.
• Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating them when delivery is at risk.
• Keep the team focused on high-value work and outcomes needed for users and the business.
• Encourage continuous improvement, reflective practice, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Communicate progress, delivery confidence, and blockers clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience managing delivery within Agile or Lean product and service teams.
• Strong understanding of delivery life cycles, planning, prioritization, and capacity management.
• Ability to facilitate collaboration and resolve team issues to ensure delivery.
• Proficiency with delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Confluence.
• Ability to use delivery data and evidence to inform planning and improve flow.
• Location: Must be based in West Midlands for full-time onsite work

Nice to have

• Experience delivering software, data, AI, cloud, or digital transformation products.
• Familiarity with service standards, product life cycle phases, and delivery metrics.
• Experience in client-facing or supplier-led multidisciplinary project environments.
