TL;DR

Outbound SDR (SaaS): Driving outbound sales growth by identifying and engaging new business opportunities for a Source Code Escrow platform with an accent on lead generation, outbound campaigns, and customer relationship building. Focus on optimizing conversion rates through A/B testing and delivering high-impact product demonstrations to close deals.

What you will do

  • Identify, prospect, and engage new leads through inbound and outbound channels using email, phone, and other outreach methods.
  • Develop and manage outbound outreach campaigns and email sequences.
  • Conduct online platform demonstrations to showcase product benefits and features to potential clients.
  • Create and negotiate offers to close deals and identify upselling opportunities for active customers.
  • Perform A/B testing on outreach approaches to optimize conversion rates and results.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional support and advisory.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales role with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Ability to work US hours.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) to establish trust with international customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer pain points effectively.
  • Proficiency in using various technology platforms and sales tools.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
