What you will do
- Define and own the regional growth strategy and implementation for the Middle East.
- Drive aggressive lead generation and brand awareness to scale the regional growth engine.
- Build and execute complex, multi-language outbound sequences to reach B2B clients.
- Take end-to-end ownership of local industry events, user conferences, and webinars.
- Collaborate with performance marketing on ABM initiatives and localized retargeting.
- Monitor campaign performance and produce executive-level reporting to drive data-driven optimizations.
Requirements
- Native Arabic speaker.
- Fluent English speaker.
- 5+ years of Growth experience supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products in the Middle East region.
- Proven track record of implementing growth and marketing projects from start to finish with full ROI accountability.
- Entrepreneurial background with a history of high engagement in high-stakes environments.
- Must be based in the Middle East and available for UTC+03:00.

- Proficiency in cold email, SEO, or affiliate management.
- Product marketing sense and design skills.
- Deep understanding of the Middle Eastern tech ecosystem and buying-cycle shifts.
