TL;DR
Head of Marketing (Web3/Data Infrastructure): Building and owning the marketing function from scratch for a canonical blockchain data layer with an accent on brand positioning, demand generation, and developer ecosystem growth. Focus on translating complex data infrastructure into high-impact narratives for TradFi institutions, federal agencies, and crypto-native teams.
Location: Remote (Global). Strong preference for NYC-based candidates. Required: 2-hour overlap with NYC mornings (10am-12pm ET) Mon-Thurs.

What you will do
- Define and own 's narrative and positioning across developer, institutional, and government segments.
- Design multi-channel demand generation campaigns and ABM motions to drive qualified pipeline in partnership with sales.
- Develop a comprehensive content strategy including technical blog posts, research reports, and developer documentation.
- Build the brand's presence in the developer ecosystem through hackathons, API quality, and community channels.
- Manage presence at key industry events (e.g., Consensus, Token2049) and drive co-marketing with ecosystem partners.
- Establish the marketing tech stack and measurement framework aligned with ARR targets.
Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B marketing, specifically within developer-facing infrastructure, data, or fintech.
- Demonstrated experience building marketing functions from an early stage without large teams or budgets.
- Deep understanding of the Web3/blockchain ecosystem, including L2s, DeFi, and on-chain analytics.
- Strong written communication skills to translate technical complexity into compelling narratives.
- Data-driven mindset with a track record of tight collaboration with GTM teams.
- Must be available for a 2-hour overlap with NYC mornings (10am-12pm ET) Mon-Thurs.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to both technical engineering and institutional (compliance, government) audiences.
- Familiarity with on-chain analytics tools.
- Background in building developer relations (DevRel) or technical content programs.
