Salary: $129,000 – $172,500

What you will do
- Partner with the Head of Culture & Inclusion to define and shape the global culture and inclusion strategy.
- Translate enterprise and HR priorities into actionable initiatives to drive business results.
- Lead the end-to-end design and execution of global culture initiatives from concept through delivery.
- Establish operational cadences, toolkits, and frameworks to ensure consistent execution at scale.
- Develop executive-ready materials and coordinate communications for diverse global audiences.
- Define and track metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of inclusion initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in culture, inclusion, HR, organizational effectiveness, or communications.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Cambridge, MA.
- Strong cross-cultural awareness and experience working across different regions and time zones.
- Proven success influencing outcomes in matrixed organizations without direct authority.
- Excellent project management and written/verbal communication skills for senior leadership.
Nice to have
- Experience working within a global environment.
- Familiarity with culture measurement tools, engagement surveys, or change management methodologies.
- Experience supporting employee-led communities or enterprise-wide initiatives.
