What you will do

• Lead product development for the Ninja Coffee category from concept to production handover.
• Translate market insights into innovative products using sketching, CAD, and prototyping.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Quality to ensure commercial viability.
• Perform rapid prototyping and build test rigs to identify and mitigate technical risks early.
• Manage engineering activities including mechanism design, material selection, and manufacturing feasibility.
• Partner with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure mass production readiness.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience in product design or development.
• Degree in Product Design, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in CAD, specifically SolidWorks or Creo.
• Deep understanding of mass-production processes for plastics and metals.
• Proven track record of delivering consumer products from concept to market.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London, UK office.
