What you will do

• Plan, design, set up, and optimize manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Research and implement opportunities for continuous process improvement.
• Ensure all equipment and processes meet health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment.
• Provide engineering input for the planning and organization of maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience providing technical engineering support within a mechanised, volume manufacturing setting.
• Relevant degree in engineering.
• High level of technical expertise in engineering functions and practices.
• Proficiency in CAD and MS Office applications.
• Strong project management, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work on-site in Portadown, Northern Ireland.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of heat pump or heating equipment manufacturing.
• Experience with rotational moulding.
