What you will do

• Plan, design, and optimize manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Research and implement opportunities for continuous process improvement.
• Ensure all processes meet health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Provide engineering input for maintenance planning and organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a mechanised, volume manufacturing setting.
• Relevant degree in engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD and MS Office applications.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Portadown, Northern Ireland

Nice to have

• Knowledge of heat pump or heating equipment manufacturing.
• Experience with rotational moulding.
