What you will do

• Lead the integration of HAMR read/write heads into volume manufacturing.
• Develop a fundamental understanding of module and device physics and mechanisms.
• Perform statistical data analysis using JMP, R, or Python.
• Conduct material and feature characterization, including composition, form, and dimensions.
• Analyze defects and yield to maximize throughput while maintaining quality.
• Lead cross-functional module teams and collaborate closely with Product Engineering.

Requirements

• Science or Engineering degree (B.Sc., M.Sc., or Ph.D.).
• Technical experience in engineering/science with project or process ownership.
• Proficiency in analytical tools and data analysis.
• Proven track record of project delivery.
• Must have the right to work in the UK; sponsorship for a Skilled Worker Visa is not available.
