Sales Development Representative Intern

TL;DR

Sales Development Representative Intern (Sales): Supporting the Multi Account Sales Development team with an accent on lead generation, prospecting, and CRM management. Focus on identifying high-potential business opportunities, qualifying leads, and building foundational sales skills in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Waltham, MA (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Identify high-potential businesses using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and AI tools.
• Manage and maintain lead data integrity within Salesforce.
• Execute high-velocity responses to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
• Assist in crafting outreach strategies to qualify leads for the Business Development team.
• Convert web-form submissions into scheduled discovery calls.
• Participate in sales enablement training, team huddles, and cross-functional workshops.

Requirements

• Current undergraduate student or recent graduate.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales and sales development.
• Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Waltham, MA.
