Location: Must be based in Belgium (Remote or Hybrid in Ghent, Brussels, or Antwerp).

What you will do
- Generate new business meetings by qualifying leads and prospecting high-growth companies.
- Execute outbound sales campaigns and manage communication tracking within the CRM.
- Perform quick lead qualification before handing off to Account Executives.
- Represent the product through comprehensive demonstrations and consumer research.
- Apply the Smart & Soft selling method to ensure a delightful prospect experience.
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales methods, strategy, and overall customer base growth.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
- Previous experience in Sales, SDR, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow-up capabilities.
- Empathy and passion for understanding and solving prospect problems.
- Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
