Location: You should expect regular time in one of our hubs, as well as occasional travel for team workshops, customer meetings, and Republic, our bi-annual company off-site.
Salary: €80,000 - €110,000

What you will do
- Build pipeline from scratch by identifying target accounts across fintech, embedded finance, travel, and HR tech.
- Close deals independently, with mentorship and commercial ownership.
- Engage senior buyers, including Heads of Product and CTOs, through cold outreach.
- Understand the product deeply, including its infrastructure and value proposition for different buyer types.
- Use AI as a core part of your workflow for research, outreach, and account mapping.
- Document what works and contribute to the playbook for France.
Requirements
- You have a high-growth commercial mindset from a role in sales, business development, partnerships, consulting, or venture capital.
- You are analytically sharp and comfortable with ambiguity.
- You convey complex ideas clearly in French and English.
- You are commercially curious and think about fit, timing, and trigger.
- You use AI tools to research faster and write sharper outreach.
- You are a proactive self-starter who helps build playbooks and documents learnings.
- You are passionate about technology and interested in how businesses embed new capabilities.
- You care deeply about outcomes and hold yourself accountable to results.
