Pre-Sales Specialist (SaaS)

What you will do

• Enable the Sales team with technical expertise, insights, and tools to handle large customers.
• Analyze prospects' needs to assess functional alignment with hirify.global's offerings.
• Lead and coordinate RFP, RFI, and RFQ submissions in collaboration with cross-functional experts.
• Evangelize products throughout the customer acquisition journey.
• Provide the voice of the customer to influence the platform roadmap.
• Oversee complex customer onboardings based on specific technical requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record in end-to-end procurement projects (RFI, RFQ, RFP).
• Experience in requirements elicitation and handling objections in complex environments.
• Strong ability to manage high-level stakeholders and prioritize tasks.
• Fluency in both French and English.

Nice to have

• Experience in the French Public Sector.
• Knowledge of HRIS ecosystems and Payroll solutions.
• Experience with Insurance or Health platforms.
