What you will do

• Become an expert in the heavy industry market and upskill the sales team on market specificities.
• Develop verticalized sales materials tailored to the formal, traditional business culture of the sector.
• Strengthen partnerships with industry associations and expand to additional regional associations and to national level.
• Generate qualified business opportunities through field marketing initiatives, targeting key geographic clusters.
• Raise hirify.global's brand presence in the heavy industry ecosystem through events and content strategy.
• Establish thought leadership within the metallurgy community through strategic collaborations and speaking engagements.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in partnerships roles, field marketing, event marketing, or sales development in B2B industrial sectors.
• Full working proficiency in French
• At least advanced level in English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience creating and executing localized marketing campaigns in regional markets.
• Strong ability to plan, execute, and measure event impact and ROI.
• Comfortable with traditional, formal business environments.
