TL;DR

Key Account Executive (Enterprise Sales): Drive revenue growth by closing $200K to $2M+ deals with largest enterprise accounts in mechanical engineering with an accent on consultative solution selling and strategic relationship management. Focus on navigating complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, managing high-value pipelines, and identifying expansion opportunities within top accounts.

Location: Remote from anywhere in Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, or the UK. Occasional travel required to HQ in St. John’s, Newfoundland, Canada (at least twice per year).

What you will do

  • Own and execute sales strategy for top enterprise accounts (10,000+ employees), driving long-term relationships.
  • Lead and close high-value deals ($200K-$2M+), navigating complex procurement and multi-stakeholder processes.
  • Conduct discovery calls with engineering leaders, procurement, and executives to provide tailored hirify.global solutions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to enable account expansion.
  • Collaborate on proposals, negotiations, and cross-functional handoffs to Customer Success and Product teams.
  • Manage pipeline, hit sales targets, and plan territory/account strategies for ongoing growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales with track record of closing $200K-$2M+ contracts.
  • Experience selling to large organizations (10,000+ employees) and handling complex sales cycles.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, ideally in industrial equipment, automotive, or aerospace sectors.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline and forecast management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated with ability to thrive in ambiguity and exceed targets.
