What you will do

• Manage merchant and company onboarding processes with banks, PSPs, EMIs, and acquirers.
• Collect, organize, and prepare onboarding and KYB documentation.
• Communicate with compliance and onboarding teams of financial institutions.
• Prepare and submit onboarding packages.
• Handle follow-ups and operational requests from banks and partners.
• Coordinate multiple onboarding flows simultaneously.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in fintech, payments, PSP, crypto processing, or acquiring.
• Experience in onboarding high-risk merchants.
• Experience with merchant onboarding, KYB/KYC, or payment operations.
• Understanding of onboarding/compliance workflows with banks and financial institutions.
• Languages: English and Russian proficiency required.
