- Contribute to the improvement of support processes and internal documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar technical support role.
- Proficient SQL skills and experience with monitoring/logging systems like Grafana.
- Experience using Jira as a confident user.
- Understanding of the fintech and payments industry and basic software development principles.
- English: Intermediate (B1) or higher required for written communication.
- Ability to research solutions and break down complex technical cases.
