What you will do

  • Support merchants during the integration process with Noda’s payment solutions.
  • Investigate complex technical and payment-related issues using logs, monitoring tools, and internal systems.
  • Diagnose incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions with internal engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with Payments, Automation, SRE, Account Management, and Product teams to ensure stable operation.
  • Improve and maintain technical documentation, integration guides, and the internal knowledge base.
  • Mentor junior team members and help elevate support standards across the team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Technical, Integration, or Payment Support roles.
  • Proven experience with FinTech, payment systems, PSPs, or open banking products.
  • Strong understanding of HTTP, APIs, client-server architecture, and payment flows.
  • Hands-on experience with logs and monitoring tools (e.g., Kibana) and SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Fluent Russian and English (B2 or higher) required.
  • Must be able to work remotely.
