What you will do
- Support merchants during the integration process with Noda’s payment solutions.
- Investigate complex technical and payment-related issues using logs, monitoring tools, and internal systems.
- Diagnose incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions with internal engineering teams.
- Collaborate with Payments, Automation, SRE, Account Management, and Product teams to ensure stable operation.
- Improve and maintain technical documentation, integration guides, and the internal knowledge base.
- Mentor junior team members and help elevate support standards across the team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Technical, Integration, or Payment Support roles.
- Proven experience with FinTech, payment systems, PSPs, or open banking products.
- Strong understanding of HTTP, APIs, client-server architecture, and payment flows.
- Hands-on experience with logs and monitoring tools (e.g., Kibana) and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Fluent Russian and English (B2 or higher) required.
- Must be able to work remotely.
