L3 Technical Support Specialist - High-load B2B payments infrastructure (fintech + crypto)

📍 Remote 💼 Full-time

We're hiring an experienced L3 to scale reliability across our payments platform. You'll sit at the intersection of Support, Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure — owning critical incidents and making systems more reliable every day.

What you'll do:
Own high-severity incidents end-to-end — triage to resolution
Investigate backend issues with logs, metrics, traces, SQL
Work with Engineering, DevOps & Product on production fixes
Improve monitoring, alerting & observability
Build runbooks, coach L1/L2 on recurring issues
Support releases, validate deployments, catch regressions early
Drive root-cause analysis and long-term reliability work
Communicate clearly with stakeholders during incidents

What you bring (must-have):
3+ years in Tech Support / SRE / Incident Response / Production Ops
Fintech, payments, cloud, or crypto background
Strong Linux & networking fundamentals (HTTP/S, TLS, APIs, DBs)
Confident with logs, debugging tools, SQL
Hands-on with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Sentry, PagerDuty / Opsgenie or similar
Calm under pressure
Professional English, Ukrainian / Russian

Nice to have:
Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure, CI/CD
Blockchain infra, custody, wallet services
Bash / Python scripting
Regulated fintech/crypto experience
