TL;DR

Lead Enterprise Software Sales Executive (Ultrus): Developing and closing new business across ULTRUS software portfolio for regulatory compliance, supply chain, ESG, and sustainability challenges with an accent on solution selling to Fortune 1000 enterprises. Focus on owning end-to-end sales process, building executive relationships, and driving multi-million deals through strategic account management and competitive differentiation.

Location: Remote (US-based, Chicago, IL office; travel up to 50%)

Salary: $130,000 - $175,000 USD base + uncapped commission

What you will do

  • Own development and closure of new business across full ULTRUS software portfolio including ESG, product stewardship, and compliance solutions.
  • Manage 5-7 enterprise accounts, execute holistic strategies for expansion and new logo acquisition.
  • Lead discovery, solution design, proposals, and deal closure, partnering with pre-sales, architects, and client success teams.
  • Build trusted relationships with executives, articulate value of solutions amid industry trends and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to influence product roadmap and drive bookings targets.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations and use CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years in sales, account management, and sales operations; proven multi-million deals with multinationals
  • Ability to travel >50%
  • Strong consultative selling, strategic thinking, and business acumen
  • Excellent communication to influence executives; proficient in MS Office and CRM
  • Track record meeting/exceeding targets; hands-on experience closing strategic accounts
