On-Target Earnings (OTE): $200,000 to $240,000 USD (base salary plus commission)

What you will do
- Identify and prospect clients via cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media.
- Conduct needs analysis, deliver tailored presentations and demos addressing client pain points.
- Build and maintain client relationships as primary contact throughout the sales cycle.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with cross-functional teams.
- Manage sales pipeline in CRM, track activities, and achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets.
- Collaborate with leadership, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- Monitor industry trends and provide sales forecasts to management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software sales experience, preferably enterprise segment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and manage complex sales cycles.
- Willingness to travel as needed for clients and events.
