What you will do
- Build and validate repeatable partner recruitment and activation motions for SaaS brands.
- Develop smart inbound funnels and implement AI-powered lead nurturing systems.
- Maintain and develop a structured affiliate program to drive scalable growth.
- Perform data-driven optimization of all funnels with a strict focus on ROI.
- Collaborate across teams to apply distribution playbooks across multiple portfolio brands.
Requirements
- Strong outbound-driven mindset with experience in daily prospecting and outreach activity.
- Proven capability in outbound sales, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
- Experience working with distribution or channel partners to drive business growth.
- Data-driven mindset for managing pipeline metrics and performance tracking.
- Builder mentality with the ability to operate in evolving or unestablished systems.
