What you will do

• Collaborate with sales teams and technical specialists to design innovative service solutions.
• Translate complex customer challenges into compelling, scalable service propositions.
• Apply and evolve the existing service portfolio while shaping new offerings.
• Engage with stakeholders up to CxO level to present solutions and drive business value.
• Manage complex, multi-service opportunities independently.
• Apply commercial awareness to pricing and solution modeling.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom
• Proven experience in a Service Architect or Solution Architect role.
• Strong understanding of Managed Services, Professional Services, and support models.
• Broad technical knowledge across IT infrastructure including networking, compute, and public cloud.
• Demonstrable experience designing and scoping complex, multi-service solutions.
• ITIL Foundation or higher qualification.
