Solutions Architect (Enterprise Service Management)

TL;DR

Solutions Architect (Enterprise Service Management): Shaping the architecture and building roadmaps for customers in complex, regulated industries, including energy, utilities, and critical infrastructure with an accent on OT/IT separation mandates and asset management systems. Focus on designing secure integration patterns for network-restricted environments and developing replicable compliance frameworks for regulated sectors.

Location: Brisbane, Australia. Preferential consideration will be given to candidates based locally to the country’s office.

What you will do

• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Define system architecture and provide oversight for enterprise-scale implementations.
• Design robust integrations between Atlassian and enterprise systems.
• Lead the creation of reusable strategic assets and contribute to hirify.global IP.
• Develop replicable compliance frameworks for regulated sectors.

Requirements

• 8+ years in technical consulting or solutions architecture (or 5 years with a Master's degree).
• Experience working with Operational Technology teams or in critical infrastructure environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with industrial cybersecurity frameworks — IEC 62443, NERC CIP, or Purdue/ISA-95 — or the demonstrated ability to build that knowledge quickly.
• Deep expertise in one or more of: Enterprise Service Management, Asset Management & CMDB, Enterprise Strategy & Planning, World-Class Software Development, Cloud Migration.
• Relevant certifications in Enterprise Architecture, ITIL Expert, SAFe, DevOps, or Prosci Change Management.
• Multiple Atlassian Certifications (ACP, Atlassian Certified Master) are highly desirable.
