What you will do

• Define and implement technology policies and standards for high-volume, mission-critical products and services.
• Design fit-for-purpose solutions that align with both business and technology strategies to deliver customer value.
• Shape architectural designs and technology roadmaps for complex applications in a digital retail environment.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Technical Leads to influence and define the technology roadmap.
• Lead the promotion of the architectural vision across technology and business teams.
• Manage complicated risks, issues, and dependencies across the entire product life cycle.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering large technology change programs in complex stakeholder environments.
• Expert knowledge of security, reliability, scalability, and concurrency architectural patterns for enterprise systems.
• Significant experience with multi-cloud environments, ideally AWS.
• Proficiency in MACH architecture, including digital experience platforms, microservices, and API design.
• Practical experience delivering change within lean, agile, and DevSecOps environments.
• Experience with Commerce, CMS, and Search SaaS platforms (e.g., Commercetools, Constructor, Amplience).

Nice to have

• Computer Science degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Specific knowledge and experience in the Digital Customer Experience (DCX) domain.
