What you will do

  • Implement policies and standards to guide technology delivery and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Address complex risks, issues, and dependencies, including those outside the immediate team.
  • Contribute to strategic thinking and the creation of technology standards and solution designs.
  • Shape architectural designs and technology roadmaps for high-volume, mission-critical services.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Delivery, and Technical Leads to meet commercial and technology aims.
  • Mediate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience designing complex solutions balancing strategy and business delivery.
  • Proven ability to define roadmaps and influence stakeholders.
  • Technical expertise in Java and Amazon AWS.
  • Proficiency in Agile and Lean practices within fast-paced environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SpringBoot, Oracle DB, Terraform, and React.
  • Knowledge of AWS specifics including API Gateway and RDS.
