What you will do
- Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within the target market for dollar-sell transactions.
- Understand client business needs and challenges related to FX risk management and international payments, articulating the benefits of 's netting solutions.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue and consistently achieving sales targets using CRM systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the FX market and netting solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client on-boarding and ongoing support.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Understanding of FX risk management and netting solutions.
- Strong lead generation and business development skills, with a proven ability to identify, qualify, and convert prospects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in German is essential.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely in both written and spoken English.
Nice to have
- Fluency in other European languages is a significant advantage.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
