New Business Account Executive (Fintech, Luxembourg): Own outbound pipeline generation targeting Luxembourg SMEs' finance decision-makers using cold-calling and multi-channel outreach, while converting inbound leads. Location: Hybrid or remote from Luxembourg office or other locations including Amsterdam, Barcelona, Berlin, Limassol, Milan. Fluent in English, French, and Luxembourgish required. German is a strong plus.

What you will do
- Own outbound sales in Luxembourg: prospect and engage SMEs, finance leaders via cold calls, LinkedIn, events.
- Build qualified pipeline and convert inbound leads across full product suite.
- Run end-to-end sales cycle: discovery, demos, negotiation, close, handover to onboarding.
- Develop understanding of local SME landscape and competitor positioning.
- Partner with Sales Director to refine ICP, messaging, playbooks; maintain CRM and forecasting.
- Feed market insights to Product and Marketing; represent at local events.
Requirements
- 5+ years B2B sales experience, ideally in FinTech, SaaS, banking, or financial services.
- Proven outbound track record building pipeline from scratch.
- Strong phone and writing skills for cold outreach and discovery.
- Comfortable selling to founders, finance leaders, C-level at SMEs.
- Analytical mindset, CRM proficiency, self-starter mentality.
- Fluent in English, French, and Luxembourgish.
