What you will do

• Lead and manage the local sales team in Amsterdam for Derivatives & Clearing.
• Drive the acquisition of new business to meet strategic revenue targets.
• Enhance sales strategies and strengthen relationships with buy and sell-side counterparties.
• Partner with product development teams to optimize client value propositions for derivatives and clearing.
• Collaborate with marketing to support sales strategies in the Netherlands and Germany.
• Coordinate with Cash Equities and hirify.global Securities Sales teams to ensure a unified client approach.

Requirements

• Dutch Native proficiency required
• Fluent in English and German (verbal and written)
• At least 10 years of experience in origination sales and revenue generation within the financial sector.
• Deep understanding of derivatives, ETFs, and clearing processes.
• Proven experience in managing teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic awareness.
