What you will do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing pipeline of hirify.global accommodations partner base through networking and outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Create compelling proposals and presentations that highlight the value of our advertising solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on efforts, business objectives and deliverables.
• Use and develop CRM tooling to manage accounts, provide regular progress updates, and ensure transparent communication with the management team.
• Guide internal education on the advertising program through training sessions and represent Booking Advertising at partner-facing events and conferences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of digital media sales experience, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry. Experience with sponsored advertising is essential.
• Languages: Fluent in German or Italian.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce and travel industry and related trends.
• Good knowledge of digital ad formats.
• Proven track record in sales or business development, ideally in the advertising sector.
• Proficient with tools like Excel and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
