What you will do
- Manage permanent recruitment for CAPEX roles, early design, and construction stages in offshore and onshore wind and solar sectors.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, agree on search strategies, and provide data-led hiring advice.
- Execute direct headhunting and market mapping to identify and attract top-tier talent.
- Grow the desk by re-energizing historic relationships and developing new business within the renewable energy market.
- Advise stakeholders on market trends and talent availability to ensure successful, sustainable hires.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment with a strong commercial drive and business development success.
- Deep knowledge of the renewable energy landscape, key industry players, and regulatory environments.
- Ability to manage complex recruitment processes across large-scale construction and engineering projects.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to partner effectively with hiring managers.
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office on a hybrid basis.
