What you will do

• Lead development plans by shaping strategy and prioritizing business requirements for identity services.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to deliver roadmaps using agile methodologies.
• Translate complex technical requirements into non-technical terms for business stakeholders.
• Manage technical debt and prioritize upgrades to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Work iteratively with scrum teams to deliver value and resolve development blockers.
• Ensure integration of identity plans across various business units.

Requirements

• Must be based in or near Kraków to fulfill the 60% office attendance requirement.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management within an agile or scrum environment.
• Strong technical acumen with experience in APIs, Cloud Services, and Identity frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and documentation.
• Ability to work effectively with engineering teams to estimate complexity and manage trade-offs.
• Methodical problem-solving skills and experience with OKRs.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with authentication standards such as OAuth2 or OIDC.
• Engineering background.
