What you will do

• Define and prioritize Epics and User Stories to maintain a clear and refined product backlog.
• Document and present product concepts to internal and external stakeholders to ensure business alignment.
• Define Definition of Done (DoD) and Acceptance Criteria for development tasks.
• Review and approve technical documentation and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).
• Lead product research initiatives, including customer development, A/B testing, and data analysis.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business requirements and manage feedback loops.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within a software development environment.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and full product lifecycle management.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills for communicating with technical teams and executives.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to drive product success.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the iGaming industry.
• Knowledge of player retention tools, loyalty programs, and gamification mechanics.
