What you will do

• Own AI-powered product experiences across the platform and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to release.
• Work with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and other stakeholders to support successful product launches.
• Define how AI features should behave in production, including quality standards, evaluation criteria, permissions, latency expectations, and failure states.
• Make product decisions on when to use AI, when to rely on traditional UX, and how to combine both effectively.
• Support process improvements and product development practices, including Agile methodologies, while helping the team deliver efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct market research, identify customer needs and industry trends, and analyze user data to support product decisions and feature prioritization.

Requirements

• Experience building and shipping AI-powered or LLM-based products in production, ideally in data, analytics, automation, or developer/platform environments.
• Understanding of embeddings, evals, tool calling, MCP, and AI product limitations.
• Proven ability to drive work forward and truly own the roadmap and execution of a product.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate and justify product and prioritization decisions clearly and logically.
