What you will do

• Lead the AI product stream, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-powered experiences from concept to release.
• Develop roadmaps for an embedded AI assistant, document intelligence, and AI-powered dashboards and reporting.
• Define production quality standards, including evaluation criteria, permissions, latency expectations, and failure states.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, QA, and marketing to ensure successful product launches.
• Conduct market research and analyze user data to support feature prioritization and product decisions.
• Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices to ensure efficient product delivery.

Requirements

• Experience building and shipping AI-powered or LLM-based products in production environments.
• Deep understanding of embeddings, evals, tool calling, MCP, and AI product limitations.
• Strong ability to own the product roadmap and drive execution.
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland for hybrid office attendance.
