Salary: 20,000-23,000 PLN gross per month

What you will do

• Define and execute product initiatives aligned with market trends and customer needs.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritization process, including tracking market demand.
• Create use cases, business scenarios, and user personas to support development specifications.
• Coordinate product release schedules in collaboration with Engineering leadership.
• Engage directly with customers to represent the product and communicate its vision.
• Lead cross-functional collaborations to ensure project alignment across different teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in launching and managing software products.
• Must be based in Poland for this remote role.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in product management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
• Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

• In-depth understanding of insurance markets (Insurtech).
• Experience with software development platforms and industry best practices.
• Advanced understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
