What you will do
- Partner with Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to identify needs and shape data-driven solutions.
- Define a clear product vision and build alignment across diverse stakeholders.
- Manage the product backlog and lead a Data&AI squad using agile methodologies.
- Bridge the gap between business objectives and technical implementation throughout design and testing.
- Identify new opportunities to enhance operations via data and analytics.
- Drive the adoption of data-driven workflows and track measurable business impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within Data & AI domains.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to master operational domains quickly.
- High-level technical understanding of AI, BI, data engineering, or data science.
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management, influencing, and prioritization.
- Experience with agile delivery and coordinating technical teams or contractors.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Katowice, Poland.
