What you will do

  • Partner with Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to identify needs and shape data-driven solutions.
  • Define a clear product vision and build alignment across diverse stakeholders.
  • Manage the product backlog and lead a Data&AI squad using agile methodologies.
  • Bridge the gap between business objectives and technical implementation throughout design and testing.
  • Identify new opportunities to enhance operations via data and analytics.
  • Drive the adoption of data-driven workflows and track measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within Data & AI domains.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to master operational domains quickly.
  • High-level technical understanding of AI, BI, data engineering, or data science.
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder management, influencing, and prioritization.
  • Experience with agile delivery and coordinating technical teams or contractors.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Katowice, Poland.
