Location: US Nationwide Remote, located on the West Coast (CA preferred)
Salary: $91,000–$100,000 base + commission (OTE ~$160,000)

K12 Tutoring is a new startup within building an innovative marketplace connecting certified tutors with students and schools.
What you will do
- Acquire new school/district clients through prospecting, cold calling, and referrals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet goals and expand territory
- Understand customer needs, prepare plans, and close sales
- Maintain relationships, handle escalations, and provide product feedback
- Coordinate with stakeholders, track data in CRM, and forecast demand
- Participate in trade shows, mentor juniors, and contribute to business reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years related experience or equivalent
- Located on the West Coast (CA preferred)
- Experience in K-12 school districts or administration
- Knowledge of K-12 education and edtech/online learning
- Excellent presentation, time management, and Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to travel up to 75% and clear background check
Nice to have
- Sales experience meeting quotas
- CRM experience (Salesforce or Hubspot)
- Advanced Excel skills
