Location: US Nationwide Remote, located on the West Coast (CA preferred)

Salary: $91,000–$100,000 base + commission (OTE ~$160,000)

K12 Tutoring is a new startup within hirify.global building an innovative marketplace connecting certified tutors with students and schools.

What you will do

• Acquire new school/district clients through prospecting, cold calling, and referrals
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet goals and expand territory
• Understand customer needs, prepare plans, and close sales
• Maintain relationships, handle escalations, and provide product feedback
• Coordinate with stakeholders, track data in CRM, and forecast demand
• Participate in trade shows, mentor juniors, and contribute to business reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years related experience or equivalent
• Located on the West Coast (CA preferred)
• Experience in K-12 school districts or administration
• Knowledge of K-12 education and edtech/online learning
• Excellent presentation, time management, and Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to travel up to 75% and clear background check

Nice to have

• Sales experience meeting quotas
• CRM experience (Salesforce or Hubspot)
• Advanced Excel skills
